Gradle Build

Hi,

 I updated my gradle-build and added an example on how to create combined jars: https://github.com/fab1an/glazedlists/blob/gradlebuild/build.gradle#L43

If you run "./gradlew calcJar" it will build a jar from core and extensions/calculation

Would love see GlazedLists transitioning to gradle. I can really help out :)
